Description

Green Lake County recently completed a project to build a new courthouse and sold the old courthouse to a private group. The purchase price was $1 and in addition, the county board voted to appropriate $40,000.00 to upgrade the HVAC and update mechanical systems. The agreement saved the grand old building from being demolished.
