Description

Perry Snell hall sat unused by the University for a decade, heavily worn from use, then collapsing into ruin from neglect. Funding was obtainable for a new building, but not for refurbishing the historic one. So, the University made the call to raze the historic structure and build a new "Snell Hall". The new hall is near completion and is expected to go into use in 2010.
