Overview Looking Northeast

Memorial Hall is located on the highest point on Racine's lakefront and at the time of its construction, was in the center of town between north and south sides. At one time, 7th Street continued east, past the front of the hall. Today, the street is closed and Veteran's Plaza is in its place.
