The Masonic Temple served Sterling Chapter 57 until 2009, when it merged with the Nachusa Chapter No. 56 in nearby Dixon.

Although there is no chapter in Sterling at the time of this writing, note the remaining lights that indicate the Masonic organizations within the chapter.
