Description 

"One of the finest examples of the Georgian Revival style in Eau Claire, the Schwahn House exemplifies the characteristic features of the style and retains its original integrity. Schwahn was the vice-president of SchwahnSeyberth, a saddlery that operated a large factory on Wisconsin Street. Schwahn’s father, William E. Schwahn, was a well-known Eau Claire citizen, belonging to the Schuetzen Society where he was a celebrated rifleman."
