Since posting picture in 2014, have made contact with third cousins living in Delaware, Emily Dilworth Mitchell and two siblings on the East Coast, related from Great Grandfathers in 1840-1860's were brothers.

I have possession of the Dilworth Family book written by Frances Gordon Dilworth about 1930, which references this house in Port Penn, DE, where Captain John Dilworth settled with his wife, niece of the First Colonial Governor of Delaware, Peter and/or Jacob Aldrich after the Revolutionary War in 1776. They had one child John Aldrich Dilworth, his wife Sarah Aldrich Dilworth passing on the birth of the second child about 1780.
