Thank you for including this house in your review. I can clarify the architectural description. It is a gothic revival cottage with Eastlake influences. Its core building is an 1859 ranch cottage (1 and 1/2 storey) with a 1871 addition across the front and addition of a kitchen off the back. A garage was attached to that in 1999.
