Robert Craig family moved from South Carolina to Gwinnett County, Georgia in 1821. Robert Craig, Sr. was born in 1794, and his wife, Nancy Adair Craig, was born in 1801. Both are buried with in the Craig Family Cemetery, just south of the house (there is a small subdivision in between)
