Just had looked up this building, since I grew up here. My dad owned Baumann's Meat Market from the 1940's till 1975. I was in Lomira today and saw an old pic of ths building on a post card from 1904. Was confused because top of the building says 1913. My dad bought this building from John Kiefer in about 1945, so thinking John bought it from Bollers? Would love to know more of the details... My dad sold it to Kahuts, who had a fire not long after. I think it was a kraft/antique store for awhile, sat in disrepair for awhile, until someone finally bought it and restored it, and now finally considered a historic landmark, so happy about that.
