Description

Beautiful stone barn that was a local landmark for nearly 125 years. Despite attempts from local groups to help the family that owned the barn to find funding to repair the barn, it was allowed to deteriorate to the point of partial collapse of one wall. Eventually the barn was bulldozed in December 2008.

There is (or at least was) a wood equivalent on the north side of the road back among other buildings.
