Description 

Chicago school of architecture design was the basis of Mr. Liebert's concept of this building. Standing about 77' above grade, the distinctive building features Terra Cotta decoration. Recent additions as part of the upgrade to the Third Ward are brick sidewalks with street names embedded in the paving.
