Hello everybody :

I am writing the history of the emigration from Cerignale, now province of Piacenza and until 1928 province of Pavia, Italy.

I am trying to find out whether Caterina Castelli who died in 1902 was from Cerignale.

I have also noticed that some gravestones with the inscription and surname Castelli and / or Cerignale are also there.

In addition, I am interested in finding out the town names of the miners which many times are not shown on passenger lists.

My idea is to have a memorial that would honor them all here in Italy.

Thank you Ernesto R Milani
