In 1908 the main brick portion of the building was completed. In 1934 the 1898 wooden section burns to the ground. In 1953 the sanitarium became a nursing home. In 1975 the nursing closes and becomes a night club. In 1977 the night club closes. In 1983 becomes a bath/massage place. In 1991 the bath/massage place closes. In 2003 restoration of hot lake begins. In 2010 restoration is complete and the hotel opens.
