Overview Looking North

Waterloo is a city of about 3200 located northeast of Madison. It is a typical midwestern town, known as the home of Trek Bicycle Corporation. It is also home to a 1911 C.W. Parker carousel that the city purchased in 1925. The carousel is a source of immense civic pride.
