Description
This city of 5200 is located in the center of Richland County in the Driftless Area. The Driftless Area is the unglaciated lands in the upper midwest that escaped the scouring ice than created the rich, but flat, farmlands of the upper midwest. Southwestern Wisconsin looks like someone took a piece of West Virginia and dropped it here, and Richland Center is a part of it all.
