One-and-one-half-story brick building constructed as the Manhattan Theater to serve the African American community. This theater is first listed in the 1936 city directory. Since 1980, the Art Deco marquee has been removed, the ticket windows and one entrance enclosed, and the fašade's central fluted section, which extends into a stepped parapet, infilled with stucco. Two small octagonal windows pierce the parapet.
