The bridge was built in 2000. It is a three span Stringer truss 84 feet long spanning the Middle Prong of the Little Pigeon River. It is located in Pittman Center, Tennessee, on Hills Creek Road. Direction: From Gatlinburg, take US 321 north 6.3 miles to SR 416 on the left, go 0.5 mile to Hills Creek Road, on the left, go 0.1 mile to the bridge. The bridge rests on poured concrete abutments and two poured concrete piers, with four steel I-beam under the roadbed and two steel I-beams under the walkway. The bridge is covered with vertical boarding and battens on the sides and portals, and the partition inside the walkway, separating the walkway from the traffic lane. The bridge has 10 opposing vertical rectangular window openings down the sides and the internal partition all with black painted triangle-patterned iron grills. The deck consists of an asphalt roadway, and cement extends through the walkways, and the bridge has a green painted aluminum roof that has three small cupolas. The interior traffic lane and the walkway have a plywood paneled ceiling. The bridge has walkways on both sides
