On April 6 or 7 of 1813 The British shelled Lewes Delaware. The cannonball is British and is lodged where it struck.
It is now part of the Lewes Historical Society and is used as a museum. I believe the fresnel lens for the 14 Foot Bank Lighthouse is housed there.
