Art Deco era theater, the fašade features glazed terra cotta tiles, a triangular sign showing the name in both directions, aluminum clad doors with semi-circular lights and a marquee covered in neon tubes. The marquee also features a large clock mounted in stainless steel that resembles a wrist watch.

According to the Cinema Treasures website, the Time Theater opened in 1938 but stopped showing movies in the 1980s. It has seen other uses, but as of this writing, appears to be unused and for sale.
