The Hamilton Block designed by H. M. Patterson is a fine example of Butte's late Victorian era commercial architecture. with its ornamental cast iron columns, large storefront windows and tall transoms, cast iron balcony at the second floor and crowning full length cornice all manufactured by the Montana Iron Works of Butte.
