Description 

Hell's Canyon Dam is a 330 foot high concrete gravity dam across the Snake River between Wallowa County, OR and Adams County, ID. It was constructed by the Morrison-Knudsen Company and operated by the Idaho Power Company. It has a capacity of 391 megawatts.
