There isn't much information available about the McGrath Block. I added it here because it caught my eye as a very attractive piece of architecture that fits right with the neighboring structures.

Description 

There isn't much information available about the McGrath Block. According to the Eau Claire Historic Preservation Foundation, the McGrath Block was built in 1900 and housed the Eau Claire Business College until 1908. A series of other commercial and professional ventures were housed here.

It underwent significant renovations in 2003.
