Description 

Located on a hill just south of I-94, Salem Sue is a 38 ft [11.5 m] tall and 50 ft [15 m] long fiberglass statue of a Holstein cow. It was erected in 1974 in honor of the local dairy farmers by the Lions Club of New Salem.
