Description

The Union Oil Company designed and built a service station at the corner of Colville and Alder Streets in 1922. The art deco style building was erected on a site leased from Adolph Schwarz, Vice President of the Stahl Brewing and Malting Company, at a cost of 3,000.

The building has been occupied by a bar and restaurant for the past decade.
