Description
The Birmingham Interchange, sometimes referred to as the Birmingham Bridge Interchange is a four-level stack interchange located in the south side of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.The interchange is where Interstate 376 (Parkway East/Penn-Lincoln Highway), PA-885 (Boulevard of the Allies), and the Birmingham Bridge over the Monongahela River all intersect.
The bottom level of the interchange is formed by Brady Avenue, a local surface street connecting Second Street to Forbes Avenue through the interchange. The Three Rivers Hertiage Trail also runs through the interchange - underneath the main flyover bridges in a small alleyway.
