O'Brien House is one of a group of houses on this portion of Green Street on Russian Hill which were not destroyed in the 1906 fire. The small 2-story frame house was built about 1895 with shingles over the exterior, a squared bay window in center of the second story and a small hexagonal tower with a tapered roof above.
