The four story terra-cotta faced Rialto Theater and office building was designed by Seattle architect Henderson Ryan for Claude Jensen and John Von Herberg. The 1,600 seat theater opened in May of 1917 but closed in the late-1950ís. It reopened for a brief time in 1962 before the building was demolished in the 1965 and replaced with the bank which currently occupies the site.
